I use secure Protonmail. It is still advisable to not share sensitive information by e-mail.
Phonecalls from non-Finnish country codes are ignored unless a call has been agreed on.

a private space in which you can relax and speak without restricting yourself,
a stable enough internet connection, and
a computer or a smartphone to access the video call with a browser.

If you are a Finnish resident, you can choose between an invoice with 14 days notice after the session, or pay with credit/debit upon booking.
If you live permanently outside Finland, you will be asked to pay with credit/debit upon booking.

Oh no! Been there. Not a nice feeling. But it happens, it’s really not that serious.
Unfortunately, I need to charge uncancelled appointments. When the time is reserved especially for a client, it can’t be filled at the last minute.
But if a human error happens, please don’t be afraid to get in touch. Depending on the situation, it can be possible to find a compromise.
